After injuiring my hamstring in a friendly soccer match simple things like walking became extremely painful. A close friend of mine recommended Zaahid Omar from Kinetic Rehab Physiotherapy. "Personally I did not believe in Physiotherapy but I had been suffering from pain in my shoulders for as long as I can remeber. I gave a call to the team at KRP and they immediatly booked me in. The team was exceptional, extremely helpful and well prepared. Thank you to Zaahid and his team."
I had been suffering from lower back pain while cycling for a long time. Being an elite athlete it was really difficult. So I went to see the team at Kinetic Rehab for help. After a few visits of rehab I was very quickly made aware of the imbalance of my legs strength VS my core strength (or the lack thereof). 2 years on I haven't looked back.”
